Referral Resources – For situations that are beyond the scope of ACS
Hotline – (252) 714-2145 monitored on a continual bases 24 hrs a day 7 days a week
Training – Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentation on various issues, topics.  Introduce counseling techniques used, give an overview of counseling sessions, and provide guidance/insight in the respective area of need.
Outreach – Families, couples, the Faith-based community, organizations, businesses, and all medical related communities that are need of Faith-base counseling
Assessment(s) – Families, married couples, engage couples, also behavioral assessment including but not limited to appearance, attitude, motor activity, affect, mood-swing, speech and thought content
Crisis Intervention - Death of love one, suicide contemplation and/or attempts, natural devastation and destruction, loss of employment, divorce, drug abuse and/or addiction etc.,
Case Management – Establish a file basis and manage progress of families and couples.  Assist and support individuals in gaining access to spiritual, medical, social, education and other services essential to meeting basic human need
Individual Counseling – face-to-face and/or concurrent along w/ other treatment or counseling therapy
Group Counseling – Classroom style or teleconference
Family Counseling – Along with other family members or those of significant importance
Addiction and Co-Dependency Counseling – For those individuals that may desire "temperament therapy" along w/ the intensive care treatment that they may be receiving from another care facility (for substance abuse, addiction, or chemical dependency).  Those individuals may also be experiencing co-dependency in regard to another individual as well. Familiar with Urinalysis & Blood Testing requirements for those individuals that may be experiencing chemical dependency
Adjunctive Alcohol and Drug Counseling – For those individuals that may be using “alternative highs” household products, cold medications, paint, glue, and etc.,
Somatic Symptom Counseling – Counseling those individuals that are taking prescription medications to ensure abuse is not occurring.  Also recommend drug testing when deem necessary, for those individuals that have a prior history of illegal usage
